By accessing or using the Villa Clinic website (www.villaclinic.com), booking an appointment, or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Villa Clinic provides aesthetic treatments and medical consultations including, but not limited to: facial treatments, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, injectable treatments (Botox, fillers), laser procedures, and related aesthetic consultations.

3. Appointment Booking | การจองการนัดหมาย
Appointments may be made via our website, LINE Official Account, phone, or in person. When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your medical history.
การนัดหมายสามารถทำได้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ LINE Official Account โทรศัพท์ หรือด้วยตนเอง เมื่อจอง คุณตกลงที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนเกี่ยวกับตัวคุณและประวัติทางการแพทย์
Cancellation Policy | นโยบายการยกเลิก:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment (การยกเลิกต้องทำอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อน การนัดหมาย)
- To cancel or reschedule, contact us via LINE, phone, or email at info@villaclinic.com (ติดต่อผ่าน LINE, โทรศัพท์ หรืออีเมล)
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (การยกเลิกล่าช้าหรือไม่มาตามนัดอาจส่งผลให้ถูกเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมหรือสูญเสียเงินมัดจำ)
No-Show Policy | นโยบายไม่มาตามนัด: Patients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice may be required to pay a no-show fee before rebooking, and may be deprioritised for future appointment availability.

4. Payment Terms | เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน
Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit or package payment has been made in advance. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Prices for treatments are quoted prior to commencement of service. Villa Clinic reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy | นโยบายการคืนเงิน
Treatments performed cannot be refunded. Once an aesthetic treatment or procedure has been carried out, no refund will be issued for that service. This applies regardless of the outcome, as aesthetic results may vary between individuals (see Medical Disclaimer below).

6. Medical Disclaimer | ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดทางการแพทย์
All treatments at Villa Clinic are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals in accordance with Thai medical regulations. However:

7. Limitation of Liability | การจำกัดความรับผิด
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Villa Clinic shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
